Imagine you came to work one day, and waiting by your workplace stood a fairy godmother. And she said to you. "you have been working really hard lately, I'm gonna let you choose an attribute of all your customers today." I'll probably choose that they didn't take me for granted. IF this happens. It would be a day to remember. And it only takes ONE customer who take you for granted that it would also be a day that you will never forget.
TODAY is a day i will NEVER EVER forget.
