our eve of Good Friday! after sending our little rascal to school, head to JB to replenish petrol to daddy's "thirsty" car.

guess how much our lunch cost in total? two set meals plus mushroom soup.

Total of less than $12?! CHEAP CHEAPPP! so in love with JB nice and CHEAP foodies, oh, also with promo price!

Little Kieran 1st goodie bag from his Babies Kingdom's classmates! one of the babies Falisha's Birthday! 

kept pestering me to open the bag for him, but i refused to, lately all those snacks that he dropped on the car  is attracting the roaches! we have to place pest trap to trapped those little monsters.

throwing tantrums again. "if you don't open iI don't stand up, I shall sit here till you open for me.."

of cause i LOST again!!! eating and walking his way back home. 

4th April 2012 Wednesday

 Today is the first day Kieran wave goodbye to us as we bid him goodbye when we left!!! OMG I was so happy that he finally adapt to this place but i hope it's not just for today! I was thinking maybe there's balloons on the floor? he love balloons.

Morning before his school.. nothing better to do after breakfast. playing with the spoon. He feel proud that he can do this "little trick" of his. He will walked around showing everyone in the house trying to tell us, "look! i can do this!"(holding the spoon using his mouth and sometimes with his hand raised up.)

Or he will hold his milk bottles or whatever manageable small items.. He thought only he can do it! muahahahha!

fell asleep while watching tv and eating his snacks. Still munching the last biscuit with eyes shut.

I find it extremely cute when babies fell asleep while eating! Maybe because that doesn't happen to grown ups.

I'm on blog rolls of collages! 

at my parent's house as usual on every Tuesday for dinner.. Kieran smiling soooo happily don't know for what!

 to aid his digestion after his super heavy dinner cum supper. Look at how he loves sucking the melon juice, and also look at how round his tummy is!!!

 to further aid his as well as ours digestion, went shopping at Sheng Siong supermarket. 

"Mommy, please help me to open, i want to eat it NOW!"

Sweet Home Affairs

I don't know how to describe the kind of satisfaction I get when I successfully bake for my loves. And when they compliment that it was yummy. Now I understand why baking or even cooking are addictive for some! 

 Banana Cake

try it! its healthy snack for your kids.

225g flour
170g butter
170g castor sugar (adjust/lessen according to pref and sweetness of banana)
2 eggs
50ml milk
3 large bananas, mashed
1tsp baking powder
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
1tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional) 1. Sift together flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda, set aside. 2. Cream butter and sugar till pale and creamy 3. Add in eggs one at a time, beat well before adding another 4. Add in milk, bananas and vanilla essence, mix well 5. Fold in flour in 3 batches (do not over mix) 6. Pour mixture into greased HCP 7. Bake on low heat for 8-10mins, flip and bake the other side for 4-6mins (do the toothpick check to make sure cake is baked through)

FANS!

 this week we replaced two fans.. after moving in for 2-3 years into our love nest, we threw away total of 3 fans? sounds like a waste of money. 1 fan each year. Finally we concluded that. we shall only buy KDK (the best brand for fans) or second best if we must. Cheap fans cannot last long! 

First, we change to a wall fan for our room. Save space and thus neater, most importantly, the fan is powerful.

Secondly we changed our fan in the study room. Okay the fan we previously had ain't  faulty, and it ain't cheap either! cost us almost $200, but because it was a low fan and it takes up some much space in our tiny room. soooo, now we changed to ceiling fan instead. Yeah! i find it so much pretty now. don't you think so?? 

 I realized how observant Kieran can be, he stepped into the study room and he looked up the ceiling, stared for awhile and point it to me saying,"eh!" he know it's newly installed! 

It feels good and warm whenever we revamp our love nest. Love the feeling.

occasional tantrums are prone in most toddlers. But when is more than 4 times a day, it drives me nuts!!!

Kieran does that when he wants my COMPLETE attention, when he wants something immediately, and he cant wait another second, or when he wants to tell us something but yet feeling frustrated because we don't understand what he is trying to say.

I guess i must love to "love" his tantrums more and not feeding him with it..
